HyperShark’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the product sold. In no event will HyperShark be liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any document or data stored in or used with a system containing this product.
